I plan on giving something up or taking on a specific task on either a weekly or monthly basis from now on. The following is my list of current pledges that I have either kept or failed to keep:

Month of May: Do not use plastic water bottles.
Month of June: Do not drink pop
Month of July: Do not drink energy drinks
Week July 10 – July 16: No fast food or restaurants.
Week July 17 – July 23: No eating after supper.
Week July 24 – July 30: Nothing to drink except for water.
Month of September – December: No eating Ketchup
